CIOReview | | 19 OCTOBER 2023Latin America, facilitating the timely delivery of impactful ERP solutions tailored to address client-specific needs. This competency lies at the heart of KYROS' customer-centricity, which has led the company to build a footprint of over 50 business conglomerates across Chile and beyond that meet their goals thanks to the expertise-backed SAP B1 implementations.Highlighting its unmatched competencies is a success story where KYROS collaborated with 2Call, a leading call center company, to create a payroll system that allows massive payments across different scenarios and problems. Initially, they had no comprehensive ERP solution to generate automated processes, campaign control, and customer profitability while grouping automated messaging for different cycles between telemarketers, supervisors, and coordinators. To solve these problems, KYROS implemented B1 Payroll, which links multiple solutions with government tax platforms to provide seamless SAP B1 integration across all financial dimensions. The tool automated 2Call's income statements across different evaluation metrics, reliably connecting them with relevant tax organizations through adaptive SAP capabilities. In another instance, KYROS assisted the merger of Banco Itau-Corpbanca, which led to the creation of the CorpGroup organization, a conglomerate of financial institutions. With another SAP Partner, it took up the challenge of implementing 100 companies over six months. During this time, KYROS categorized the pool, based on business models, into three lines, financial, foundations, and investments, to implement an adaptive and unified SAP B1 model, all while meeting the initial requirement and the committed dates. This success proved KYROS' proficiency in delivering maximized SAP B1 benefits internationally.Successes like these can be attributed to its deliverable-oriented and phased implementation model, which rationalizes projects while lowering risks and overall costs. The accelerated SAP methodology is backed by a mindset of collaboration and deeply rooted values and principles. Regardless of the complexity or project scope, it prioritizes customer satisfaction over profits. Integrity, modesty, and service excellence complemented by an expert and human touch set KYROS apart from its market contemporaries. Its team gained SAP B1 knowledge by working with Quintec, a well-known SAP firm in Chile. This breadth of experience enables them to address different scenarios in the business process, creating the best alternative solutions. The first phase of integrating SAP B1 involved the implementation of an ERP called Softlan. When the team of advisors founded KYROS and Quintec closed the SAP B1 unit, the seasoned experts took on the challenge. They moved three more ERPs and Excel spreadsheets to comply with check control work in line guarantees, reverse logistics, cross-inventory control, and real-time delivery control for scheduled surgeries through a scheduling module. Throughout the project, KYROS recognized the system's evolving needs and maintained real-time inventory management across various Chilean cities. This ability to proactively and accurately calculate the replacement of products was transformative in a marketplace where individuals desperately seek prostheses to rejoin society. In light of this development, KYROS was contacted by auditors from Mexico and later distributors from Uruguay to inquire about how it successfully controlled inventory control and surgeries. The success perfectly exemplifies KYROS' prowess at developing system upgrades that enable end-to-end process control from a single pane of glass, essentially taking SAP B1 to its highest level.Delivering concrete and effective solutions to businesses while enabling them to meet today's needs and improve future growth without costly integration KYROS emerges as a prominent partner in the SAP domain. KYROS is identified as a partner that integrates and not a competitor that displaces its competition. Through the years, KYROS has incorporated a concept of accompanying clients in the transition of SAP B1 development in organizations
