They are best known for their on-demand customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. The company offers six core cloud services that include sales force automation, customer service and support, marketing automation, community management, analytics and a cloud platform for building custom applications. Salesforce also proffers consulting, deployment, training, implementation and integration services to its customers to facilitate the adoption of its cloud solutions. Salesforce keeps clientele happy with its products through constant tinkering and brainstorming for little tools that can make a customer's life a little bit easier­but can then grow to big projects. The company has been a pioneer of the cloud industry and has continued to invest heavily in its core technology where the customers get instant access to things like social networking and mobile when Saleforce.com updates its system and the platform is also enterprise ready, meeting the rigorous standards for security­across the globe. Salesforce repackaged their innovative technologies into a broader suite called Salesforce1, which also includes tools to adapt developers' apps for smartphones and other mobile devices. Surging ahead the company will add tools on its platforms so developers can also have their apps run on wearable devices--a salesman out on his morning job could counter a competitor's discount using his smartwatch. New Force.com platform enhancements supporting Salesforce1 development is helping clients with the features of Flexible Pages, Force.com Canvas, API Support, and Visualforce Enhancements.Enabling developers to attain greater revenue growth while creating extensive applications, is further proof that Salesforce has turned the corner from being an application company to a complete platform provider.
