They own on-premises, private cloud or public cloud. I supervised a couple of projects in the last two years and found that companies face hurdles In combining data contained in an on-premises data center in a private cloud and data within a public cloud. We leveraged a Microsoft Azure tool like Power BI and a couple of other tools to pay for services. Managing employees in a hybrid work culture are challenging. We have undertaken projects and initiatives to provide information based on communication and collaboration utilizing on-prem or cloud-based tools. A whole pile of tools is leveraged for communicating and collaborating. Furthermore, our projects ensure saving IT employees' time by relocating traditional types of services to the cloud. In addition, I have worked on projects related to data and information to provide security to the last two organizationsCould you shed some light on the strategic points you discuss in your leadership panel?Hiring and retaining employees has become a tedious job. It necessitates finding the right talent for the companies. We search for contractors or partners to help with projects and initiatives. In addition, IAT Insurance Group prepares strategies on culture management for retaining employees in a hybrid work culture. Moreover, we leverage strategies to improve our program through data and analytics managing helpful information. In addition, our leadership panel discusses leveraging the cloud for storing emails and data for backups to provide security to the threats to the enterprises.Could you draw an analogy between your personality traits and hobbies that reflect your leadership strategy?I have an analytical, logical, and process-type mindset that fits IT well. I am more of bigger picture outcome-based person having technical hands. It has helped me a lot in IT. I work on the overall plan and build a strategy for technology in the company. Could you shed some light on the evolution of the Enterprise Information Management arena regarding some of its potential disruptions and transformations?From a technology perspective, companies focus on their core competencies like running data centers, undertaking backups, and Emails. To a certain degree, evolution has cut down the mundane job of IT people. The IT professionals focus more on bringing value to the company rather than on the technology. They expect data centers and applications to be available, managing all the data and information the system delivers. IT companies are giving away their data centers to partners. These organizations have changed their view on technology as people rely more on apps for business requirements and translate applications and services.What would be your piece of advice for peers in this field?People aspiring to build their professional careers in IT must know that IT is not about technology anymore. IT department is becoming a misnomer. It is more about understanding the business and leveraging technology to enhance business operations to bring value from those systems. Information Technology is translating technology into applications that companies can leverage. So if they can be good at business analysis and understand the technology and leverage it to the companies, they can be more successful. There is excessive information available for companies in the enterprise management space. However, lack of planning troubles companies in figuring out the data type
