That's why incorporating AI is no more a need but a necessity. AI helps in refining massive amounts of data into valuable information. Many IT leaders and experts believe that AI will drive the next phases of digital transformation and make business systems smarter. With several `AI-powered' solutions available to address numerous business concerns, it's time organizations realize what's happening within the `black box' of their AI offerings. Everything from hotel and airline booking systems to web applications among areas where digital transformation initiatives effectively been a dry run for the AI-driven transformations to come in 2019 and beyond. The way in which AI algorithms are, structured, trained, or informed can lead to significant differences in output. The right equation for one company will not be the right equation for another.From a customer experience standpoint, many of the major technology shifts in recent decades have been readily visible and tangible such as mass adoption of mobile devices and apps. We may take it all for granted now, but it has produced countless changes to how we interact with businesses and each other. AI will have similar significant outcomes, but most people will be less likely to point out and say--That's AI. It will already be everywhere--behind the scenes, embedded in applications--therefore the users most likely won't even know it's there.
